Set in the polluted and construction-laden neighborhoods of Williamsburg and Greenpoint, Brooklyn, these images juxtapose the purity of Eco-clothing with the industrialization of the neighborhoods. Using reflections in cars and windows to tell two stories at once, the clothing and recycled trash couture offer a solution to staving off climate change amidst the chaos of forsaken Mobil stations, the abundance of smoke stacks and polluted rivers.
